Marketing Officer (Pro Bono)
Title: Marketing Officer

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Marketing Officer to join our team. This part-time volunteer role (4-5 hours per week) is vital for driving our fundraising efforts to support our operational costs and expand our impact.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing and fundraising strategies to support our organizational goals.
Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, including individuals, corporations, and foundations.
Prepare marketing/fundraising materials, including proposals, presentations, and reports.
Work closely with the treasurer of the organization in order to monitor the fundraising progress and provide regular updates to the team.
Skills & Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on fundraising or a related field.
Strong understanding of fundraising principles and donor cultivation.
Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for promoting democracy, the rule of law, and human rights is strongly preferred.
Availability of 4-5 hours per week to commit to the role.

To Apply, You Should...
Be an avid researcher of news and their presentation for LinkedIn to target our audience.
Have a strong understanding of LinkedIn and social media best practices.
Have an excellent (academic) command of the English language and the ability to write in a compelling way.
Be timely and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Have some knowledge of OSINT/intelligence for research purposes.
Possess some knowledge about Ukraine and Russo-Ukrainian war for research purposes.
